A little research can go a long way. Using psychology and empirical science, organizations and individuals can ask the right questions about their business, collect the necessary data, and implement strategic changes to maximize their success.
Liz is amazing!
She takes my amorphous ideas and turns them into brilliance! She is creative and skilled, and timely and fair!
I can't imagine our company without her work!
Founder & Executive Director, Active Discovery
Our company is an elite soccer training facility that caters both to kids and adults. As we were first establishing our training programs, some worked better than others and we began to develop a devoted following describing an surprisingly positive impact on our trainees’ ability to concentrate and desire to learn about subjects other than Soccer. We asked Liz to look at our offering to the public and figure out why some of our clients were seeing these unanticipated positive results.
Liz quickly provided advice and research about mastery learning and mistake friendly environments that provided scientific research for our observed success. This allowed us to lean into these principles to enhance our service offerings to our clients and inform investors about the principles behind the success we were having. In short, she helped us better understand one of the roles we were playing for our clients and focus on how we can better align our approach with available research in the area.
We have since worked with her a few subsequent occasions to provide psychological groundwork for our programs and would highly recommend her work as a consultant.
